Details of Participation: While no one is excluded from Previewing our facilities, this offer is designed for credit worthy married couples or credit worthy couples who are in a life partnership living together (both parties must attend) 30 years of age and over (one in the party must be 30 years of age) who are gainfully employed or retired with a minimum household income of $50,000. Singles are ineligible. For married, living together, or engaged couples both parties must attend together. No group travel is permitted. Multiple families or couples who know each other are not eligible to tour on the same day. Vacations are a promotional consideration given in exchange for previewing our resort (approx. 90- 120 minutes). The price range for timesharing vacation plans available to you is $9,900 to $40,000 (subject to change). The purpose of this advertising promotion is to acquaint you with our facilities and vacation ownership program (timesharing); however, you are under no obligation to purchase. Children are allowed to accompany their parents on the preview. Even if not eligible for this promotion, everyone is welcome to participate in vacation ownership. The offer provides for a standard studio and does not include food and transportation, applicable taxes for 3 day, 2 night stay, tips, telephone calls or personal incidental expenses. A $50 refundable security deposit required upon check-in. The full retail value of this offer is $299-$599, depending on season and arrival date. This promotional package has no cash value. Because of this offer you must bring two forms of identification: a Driver’s License and a Major Credit Card. Checkbooks and Debit/Check Cards are not an acceptable forms of identification for this promotion. This offer or any part thereof is void where prohibited by law.
